Creating & Updating Gigs

The system has been designed as ergonomically as we could. Entering gigs onto the system is a good example of this.

To create a new gig on the system:

• Enter the date of the gig
• Select the artist from the drop down list
• Enter the optional price

As soon as you have done this the gig will appear on your website.

Do you have to take it off?

No. The system will only display gigs that are current. Once the date of the gig has passed it will automatically be archived.

When the gigs are presented to the user they have the option to look in the archived gigs. Useful when you cannot remember the anniversary of the person you first met there!
