We have an established accessibility policy and are constantly modifying this website and our web applications with regard to the accessibility guidelines issued by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)

This option is not restricted to the part of the website a visitor sees. In fact, the DDA legislation is much stronger with regard to protection of employees. So your employees can also see the back end management system in a large text high contrast style like so:
